Sunday morning frogs

One of yesterdays' frog photos, Starting a pastel drawing.

Drawn out in pale pink on brown paper

Drawn through again with pale green-

Then again with brown to start suggesting some tones-

Each colour should be used throughout the drawing. Now pale blue-

Now building the dark tones with deep blue-

All the above took an hour. I know that because it took the entire Andrew Marr show.
